Position: Machine Operator 3rd Industrial City
Function as a Machine operator for the coating plant / GRE Liner.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY :
Function as a Machine operator for the coating plant / GRE Liner.
Adhere to work instructions.
Perform daily maintenance checks before start of the shift.
Perform the job as stipulated per company procedures / work instruction etc.
Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the product meets the requirements.
Inform the Coating Plant Superintendent / Supervisor / Leadman or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
Record Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance / Control Reports, and all necessary Reports regarding operation.
Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager / Plant Manager or his designee.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
High school graduate or equivalent
1 to 2 years of related experience in a similar work environment
Team player
Flexible
Good English command (expats)
Normal English command (Nationals)
