We are seeking a Machine Operator who will be responsible for running the production line in shifts. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of the production line and machines, ensuring the plant operates at the highest Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety, Quality, and GMP best practices.
The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders across different functions to ensure our operations continue to run smoothly.
Key responsibilities would include:
Maintaining and achieving daily production targets with the highest OEE and Safety/Quality Standards.
Running shop floor operations and achieving daily action plans as per the production schedule.
Tracking and achieving daily/monthly machine efficiency.
Maintaining Plant Housekeeping, GMP, HACCP, and Safety Standards.
Performing all safety standards during operation.
Performing and leading basic dairy operations (CIP, UHT, Homogenizer & Pasteurization). Maintaining critical spare parts stock and arranging necessary services for machinery, including Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Machine Centre line.
Performing machine size changes as per agreed standards and timelines.
Troubleshooting machinery and leading the Asset Care Program.
Identifying machine defects and regularly updating the defects list.
Ensuring and completing correct documentation for all production lines.
You should possess the following:
General schooling with a technical diploma.
3 – 5 years of FMCG / manufacturing experience, preferably in the dairy industry.
Knowledge of ISO, GMP, and HACCP Standards.
