Responsibilities
Job Overview:
The Assistant Operator’s primary purpose is to support line-related activities efficiently and effectively. This includes manual tasks such as duplex packing, exit area monitoring, and machine-related activities. Additionally, the role involves supporting the operator to run the machine and maintaining proper housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
Take necessary actions to achieve desired business results on bag-making machines, with or without reference to FLM.
Ensure the machine achieves the efficiency targets set by the department.
Achieve material efficiency targets.
Maintain weight control by monitoring grams give away as per the department’s standards.
Manage the packers working under their tubes, including break times and cleaning during flavor changes.
Keep the workplace and machine clean, adhering to GMP standards.
Report any health hazards in the workplace to the immediate manager.
Ensure the production of quality packets.
Attend the quality wall at least fifteen times per month.
Participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic communication skills.
A good working attitude.
