MA – Senior Manager Jobs in UAE at Ghobash Group
The Senior Manager Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) will play a pivotal role in identifyingevaluating and executing acquisition and divestment opportunitiesaligned with the strategic goals of the Group. Reporting to seniorleadership the role involves working across
diverse
industriesconducting due diligence structuring deals and collaborating withinternal and external stakeholders to deliver valuedriventransactions.
Acquisition Strategy and Execution:
Developand refine the M&A strategy to align with the Groups growthobjectives.
Identify potential acquisitiontargets through market research industry analysis andnetworking.
Perform valuation risk analysis andfinancial modeling to assess potentialdeals.
Build business cases for acquisitionsincluding financial models synergy assessments and riskanalyses.
Lead negotiations on terms pricingand deal structures.
Oversee postmergerintegration to ensure seamless operational and culturalalignment.
Deal Origination and Pipeline Management Establishand  nurture relationships with investment banks advisors andpotential acquisition targets.
Maintain arobust deal pipeline continuously screening for highpotentialopportunities.
3.Divestment Strategy and Execution:
Preparedivestment plans including valuation market positioning andmarketing materials.
Manage endtoend divestmentprocesses ensuring confidentiality andcompliance.
Negotiate favorable exit terms andmanage stakeholdercommunication.
4. Due Diligence and Analysis:
Conduct (ormanage via external advisors) comprehensive due diligence acrossfinancial operational legal and strategicdimensions.
Coordinate with internal teams andexternal advisors (legal financial and industryexperts).Develop detailed investment memos andpresentations for decisionmaking byleadership.
5.Stakeholder Management:
Build andmaintain strong relationships with internal business units industryleaders and financial institutions.
Prepare anddeliver presentations for internal stakeholders including executiveleadership and the board.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to align deal objectives with corporatestrategy.
Communicate effectively with boardmembers and family
leadership
on dealprogress.
6. Market and Industry Insight:
Stayabreast of market trends competitive landscape and regulatorychanges impacting M&Aactivities.
Provide strategic insights andrecommendations to
leadership
on emerging opportunities andrisks.
