Position: Â M & A Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced M&A Analyst tojoin our teamin Dubai. The successful candidate will work on various M&A transactions, providingfinancial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution support.
Key Responsibilities
Conductfinancial analysis, includingfinancial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.
Assist in conducting due diligence on target companies, including reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
Supportdeal execution, including drafting pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
Conductmarket research and analyzeindustry trends to identify potential acquisition targets.
Assist in managing client relationships, including presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
Work closely withcross-functional teams, including investment bankers, lawyers, and accountants.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or related field.
Strongfinancial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills. Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills.
Fluency in English required;
Arabic language skills preferred.
