About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Consultant to join a leading international luxury lifestyle and concierge services organization in Dubai.
This is a full-time permanent night-shift position. The successful candidate will work on a rotational schedule covering overnight hours from 20:00 to 07:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday, providing exceptional travel and lifestyle services to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for premium clients during overnight/night-shift hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service in Arabic and English through phone and email.
- Handle client requests from initial enquiry through to completion and billing.
- Arrange flights, luxury hotels, restaurants, clubs, events, spa and wellness experiences, transportation and sightseeing.
- Organize bespoke travel experiences, yacht charters, gifts, flowers and other luxury lifestyle services.
- Make reservations and coordinate with airlines, hotels, restaurants, destination management companies and other suppliers.
- Prepare customized travel proposals, quotations and detailed itineraries.
- Assist with visa applications, travel documentation and related administrative requirements.
- Provide destination recommendations and personalized travel advice.
- Proactively identify exclusive experiences, events, promotions and opportunities suitable for clients.
- Manage multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Handle all client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure every interaction reflects exceptional luxury service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification; tourism or hospitality education is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury travel, travel agency, tour operator, luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service.
- Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations.
- Experience with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
- Knowledge of airline, hotel and travel reservation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events and culture.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be willing and available to work permanent night shifts.
Night Shift Requirement
This is NOT a standard daytime position.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working permanent overnight shifts from 20:00 to 07:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday, on a rotational shift schedule.
Candidates must be prepared to work consistently during night/overnight hours as part of the role.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury travel, concierge, hospitality or premium customer service, excellent Arabic and English communication skills, strong destination knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury travel and lifestyle.
Most importantly, the candidate must be comfortable working permanent overnight/night shifts and delivering the same high level of service throughout the night.
Pay: AED16,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
