The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Events Director in planning, organizing, and executing events that meet our high standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in hospitality management or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in event coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in event planning and coordination;
Coordinating with stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and guests;
Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment;
Monitoring event budgets and ensuring timely delivery;
Collaborating withcross-functional teamsto ensure seamless event execution.
