We are now hiring for the position of Broker for Off-Plan & Secondary Market Sales in Dubai.

48 brokers.
Secretary, accountant, head of sales, marketing team, advertising team.
Property listings on Property Finder.
24/7 support for all work-related matters.
Systematic training & a personalized development plan for each broker.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced broker (aged 27-38) who speaks fluent English (C1 level) and has a proven track record of closing deals with English-speaking clients.
The ideal candidate:
✅ Energetic, open-minded, and ambitious.
✅ Persistent and results-driven.
✅ Able to see deals through to completion.
✅ Presentable and intelligent.
✅ Confident in speaking with facts and results (can confirm previous successful deals).
Responsibilities:
Selling real estate in the UAE.
Handling incoming inquiries promptly.
Analyzing client requests and selecting suitable projects.
Conducting online & offline presentations, meetings, and property viewings.
Maintaining CRM records in line with company standards.
Achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of successful real estate sales experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market trends & investments.
Fluent English (C1 or higher).
Highly organized, systematic, and responsible.
Motivation that allows you to earn the highest % on the market
From company leads:
40% – total commission up to 100k AED per month.
45% – total commission volume from 100k AED to 200k AED per month.
50% – total commission volume from 200k AED per month.
From personal clients:
60% – total commission up to 100k AED per month.
65% – total commission 100k AED to 200k AED per month.
70% -total commission from 200k AED per month.
