Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Consultant. The key responsibilities include advising clients on property purchasing, sales, and leasing while maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. The consultant will build and nurture client relationships, conduct property evaluations, manage negotiations, and facilitate successful property transactions. Collaboration with team members and ongoing professional development will be integral parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to achieve successful client deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and property management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is desirable
