Position: Luxury Interior Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor
Kanz is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Riyadh to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ breakdowns for fit-out and finishing works. The ideal candidate has 6 to 10 years of experience, preferably in high-end projects, and must be proficient in BOQ preparation and cost management.
The role requires expertise in interpreting architectural drawings and substantial commercial awareness. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and preference will be given to those who can speak Arabic.
