Our prestigious atelier seeks an experienced Show Room Sales Associate who thrives in a luxury setting and drives excellence in client service, operations, and brand storytelling. This role requires deep knowledge of fabrics, a robust network of top-tier partners, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, interior designers, and high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations to create an inviting, on-brand experience for discerning clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier partners, suppliers, and interior designers to ensure seamless product flow and exclusive collaborations.
- Oversee fabric sourcing, selection, and presentation, ensuring swatch libraries and fabric displays reflect current collections and trend directions.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and partners, secure favorable terms, and monitor delivery timelines and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to support high-end client briefs, including bespoke and customization requests.
- Develop and implement client outreach strategies for Arabic and English-speaking clientele, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and visual standards to maintain a premium showroom aesthetic consistent with the brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a showroom, retail, or luxury textiles/fashion environment with hands-on fabric knowledge.
- Strong network with top-tier partners, suppliers, and interior designers; demonstrated ability to manage complex collaborations.
- Experience working with high-profile clients and delivering personalized, high-touch service.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills; confident decision-maker with a collaborative approach.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
