Job Description: Optical Store Manager Position Overview:
The Optical Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an optical retail store, ensuring high-quality customer service, maximizing sales(attractive incentive package), and managing staff efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and knowledge of optical products and services.
Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations Management
Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
2. Sales & Customer Service
Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies.
Assist customers in selecting eyewear, contact lenses, and related products.
Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Staff Management & Training
Hire, train, and supervise staff, including opticians, sales associates, and administrative personnel.
Schedule work shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve employee skills.
4. Inventory & Vendor Management
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock replenishment.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor stock to minimize shrinkage and avoid overstocking.
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
Track sales, revenue, and expenses to meet financial targets.
Process invoices, payments, and manage store budgets.
Prepare sales reports and analyze business performance.
6. Marketing & Business Development
Develop and implement marketing promotions to attract customers.
Build relationships with local businesses, doctors, and communities to increase store traffic.
Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills:
UAE Experience in optical retail or eyewear industry preferred.
Arabic Language fluency is mandatory
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Sales-driven with a focus on achieving business goals.
Knowledge of optical products, lenses, and prescriptions is a plus.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
