Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Low-Code / No-Code Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications, workflows, forms, portals, dashboards, and process automation solutions for SAIP’s Intellectual Property digital transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop enterprise applications using Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
Design and configure business workflows, approval processes, case management, SLAs, routing, and escalations.
Build dynamic web/mobile forms, self-service portals, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Configure business rules, validation, permissions, notifications, and approval logic.
Integrate LCNC applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and API gateways.
Implement RBAC, audit logging, security controls, and data governance.
Manage application lifecycle across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Work with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, Integration Developers, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Mandatory Technical Skills
5+ years hands-on Low-Code/No-Code development.
Strong experience with one or more:
Camunda
Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate / Dataverse
Appian
OutSystems
Mendix
ServiceNow App Engine
Strong knowledge of workflow automation, BPMN, business rules, digital forms, and case management.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Microsoft Graph API, API Management, or Logic Apps.
Working knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Fx, HTML/CSS.
Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems and databases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years software development experience.
5+ years enterprise Low-Code/No-Code development.
Experience in enterprise/government digital transformation projects.
Agile delivery experience.
Preferred: Public-sector/regulatory experience, Intellectual Property systems, BOT/Managed Services experience, and relevant LCNC certifications.
