We are seeking a Loss Prevention Executive who will be responsible for monitoring of and ensuring day-to-day Security, stock & compliance operations are monitored and maintained across KSA Market.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Safety Operations

Monitoring and supervising day to day Security operations across KSA locations.

Monitoring of Security & Safety systems (CCTV, Access control, Intrusion, Fire, Keys & locks, safes, vehicle movements) ensuring processes in place to determine systems are functioning, integrity of systems are maintained and in compliance to required standards and/or regulations. Maintain records.

Ensure maintenance checks for Security systems are performed as per the SLA’s and agreements.

Monitor all requests for response to service (LP Tickets) across KSA locations, follow up for resolution.

Conduct Security & safety inspections and assessments and provide reports to Management.

Out of hours contact for security and emergency incidents/occurrences for escalation where necessary.

Effective Management of safety or security incidents and escalation where required – from both physical and technical perspective.

Provide security awareness training as and when required.

Reviewing CCTV for incidents and exceptions, providing evidence and written observations and reports.

Stock Assurance & Compliance Stock Assurance

Conduct cycle/stock counts across area of responsibility.

Ensure stock and cycle count checks are conducted in accordance with S.O.P’s to maintain accuracy and integrity of counts.

Ensure stock count reconciliation and variance reports are completed in full and submitted in a timely manner.

Provide stock take weekly/monthly reports for Management and/or agreed stakeholders.

Analyze and check stock movements to ensure compliance to company S.O.P’s.

Monitor damages, testers and consumable inventory.

Where required, investigate stock count discrepancies.

Use operational stock count visits as an opportunity to raise awareness on stock management processes through on the job training as and where required and/or where possible.

Ensure any stock take hardware in their possession is controlled and maintained.

Compliance Checklists

Conduct checklists in area of responsibility to verify compliance against company S.O.P’s – as per the frequency/model agreed.

Feedback checklist results to location Management.

Following checklist completion provide evidence of findings and detailed reports with clear actions.

Provide weekly/monthly reports and updates to management, stakeholders on checklist results and findings.

Analyze checklist data to identify trends, control and/or process gaps and escalate any findings or concerns to management.

Use operational visits as an opportunity to raise awareness on S.O.P’s through on-the-job training as and where possible or required.

Projects

Monitor security system installations for any projects, including renovations or new locations. Liaison with FM and projects them as and when required.

Ensure all employees are trained on Loss Prevention activities and requirements prior to location handover.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

Grade 12 or equivalent.

3
-5 years of job related experience.

Experience in Loss Prevention and/or safety field/stock count/compliance.

Retail experience preferred.
