Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Loss Prevention Officer.
- Prepare and maintain loss prevention reports, records, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, inspections, audits, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Coordinate food provisioning for company vessels and guesthouse accommodations.
- Coordinate deliveries of food provisions, stores, spare parts, and other operational supplies.
- Liaise with vessel Captains, suppliers, transport providers, and port authorities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and process gate passes and access permits for deliveries, contractors, visitors, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Support loss prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in coordination, administration, logistics, or marine/offshore operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vessels, suppliers, port authorities, and internal departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
