– NFPA 472 Hazardous materials for first responders operations
– NFPA Firefighting course or equivalent
– Incident Command qualification
– NEBOSH certification
Preferred Qualification/Certification
– A recognized National Higher Diploma or equivalent from a
recognized University
– NFPA Fire fighter or similar teaching background or qualification
– Ambulance Emergency Assistant or EMT equivalent
– High angle rescue or equivalent qualification
– Advanced petrochemical firefighting course.
– 5 Years’ operational experience in an emergency service, preferably
in petrochemical and/or oil and gas industry.
– Demonstrable applied knowledge and experience in the role of an
emergency response leader
– Evidence of Fire Fighting and support capabilities within Oil and Gas Petrochemical Facility
Job Specific
Skills:
– Advance Petrochemical and Oil and Gas Firefighting.
– HAZMAT Operational Training.
– Radiation Protection Officer Training
Requirements
