Job Overview
As a Logistics Supervisor at the Petshop, you will be responsible for leading all downstream, delivery related operations across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for on-time deliveries of Affiliates orders from different stores
Coordination and follow up on new orders from assigning to delivery
Ensure Driver availability across all stores
Timely action on customer quires
Ensure timely coordination with all stakeholders for any escalations
3PL coordination and monthly review of their invoices
Train the drivers on proper usage on the LMS
Track and monitor daily performance of the driver
Propose corrective action in case of any deviation
Tracking of incentives to the drivers
Timely update of status for each order on daily basis
MIS report on KPIs on a daily basis
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in retail or pet industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in Hindi and holding driving license is a plus
Passion for pets and understanding of pet care products is a plus
