Job Summary
We are looking for three Logistics Specialists to handle all logistics plan activities for our manufacturing plant in Riyadh. You will be responsible for making sure all shipments move in and out of the SILZ area quickly, legally, and without delays.
Part 1: Position Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound transportation forecast: prepare the inbound logistics plan as per headquarter international transport information and customs clearance for air shipments and sea shipments from China. And prepare the outbound logistics plan as per customers’ order, request shipment date and order inventory available situation.
- Handling the logical loading group and monitor the physical goods loading: define the logical loading group according to customer and forwarder etc factors, and inform the forwarder arrange the correct vehicles arrive at warehouse for loading in time. And monitor the loading of physical goods in the dedicated area inside of warehouse.
- Handle Documentation: Prepare and check the loading plan and check if can load these goods as per loading plan.
- Coordinate with customs clearance and warehouse team: Work closely with the warehouse team and customs clearance team and ensure can track shipments from arrival to delivery.
- Compliance: double check the conditions of vehicles whether is suitable for the goods protection and safety during the transportation.
- On time collection monitoring: need have a dedicated report to monitor all of pending shipment in the warehouse stage area and seeking for supports from customers and forwarders.
Part 2: Position Skills & Requirements
- Experience: At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in logistics transportation in Saudi Arabia (experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus).
- System Knowledge: Must be fast and accurate using TMS, WMS and office software.
- Communication: Good communication skills in Arabic and English to talk with both forwarders and the customer logistics team.
- Problem Solving: Ability to fix documentation errors quickly so the production line doesn't stop.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at the SILZ area in Riyadh.
- Nationality: * 3 position is open to Any Nationality, it is priority if can speak Chinese.
