SAP & ERP software experience
Strong systems, negotiation, and
analytical skills
Knowledge of import and export regulations in operating countries
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on
problem-solving
and service orientation
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with third-party companies to lease equipment, analyze quotations, and negotiate terms
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material collection
Review invoices and resolve transportation issues and disputes
Develop transportation strategies aimed at
cost reduction
and service improvement
Monitor shipments and maintain documentation
Prepare reports on spending, pending orders, and payments
Provide regular logistical reports to management
Perform transactions in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy
Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain Team
