Logistics Specialist Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES)
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. You will manage the movement, storage, and delivery of IT equipment and materials across our branches and project sites, ensuring shipments arrive on time, customs clearance runs smoothly, and inventory records stay accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers
- Track import shipments and manage customs clearance documentation through Fasah and SABER platforms
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming equipment against purchase orders
- Manage warehouse organization, stock levels, and periodic inventory counts
- Arrange deliveries of equipment and materials to client and project sites across the Kingdom
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and finance on delivery schedules and shipping costs
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping coordination, preferably in IT or telecom
- Working knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and platforms (Fasah, SABER) is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Strong follow‑up skills and ability to handle multiple shipments under tight deadlines
