The Role
We’re looking for a Logistics & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to own end-to-end product registration, customs clearance, HS code classification, and regulatory compliance across our GCC operations. This is a business-critical, high-autonomy role suited to someone from a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) background who thrives on precision and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product registration processes with relevant regulatory authorities across UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait
Classify products accurately using HS codes and manage customs clearance documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners
Handle shipping and compliance requirements
Maintain regulatory renewal calendars and ensure zero-lapse compliance
Support purchasing operations and vendor coordination as needed
Requirements
5+ years in logistics, customs, or regulatory affairs — FMCG background required
Proven experience with HS code classification and multi-country GCC product registration
Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems and customs portals (e.g., Dubai Trade)
Track record managing freight forwarders and customs brokers directly
ISO 9001 environment experience preferred
Fluent English additional languages is a plus
Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision
