Position Overview:
Bebek Restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Helper for the Hot Section to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Turkish dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and cooks in preparing and cooking Turkish dishes in the hot section of the kitchen.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Help with food storage and ingredient preparation.
Follow instructions from chefs to ensure timely and high-quality food output.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
Requirements:
Previous Turkish Restaurant experience is a must.
Must currently be based in Dubai.
Fluent in English; both spoken and written.
Flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
