Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible to individually handle the logistics operations, mainly on Export/ Import System process, Shipping documentation, and coordination with all parties concerned (Shippers, Consignees, LSP’s, Customs etc.).Â
Competencies:Â
    Import/Export process specialization (Free zone, Customs, Airline)
    International shipping process
    Local and international customs process know- how
    End-To- End Tracking/Monitoring & management of shipments
    Freight cost optimization
    Shipping documentation expertise
    Effective coordination with different parties/ stakeholders through strong interpersonal/ communications skills
    Positive to changes and challenges
    ERP Systems operation
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high- level skills in MS Excel
    Flexibility to work overtime and/ or shifting (day- night) schedules
    Can work with minimal supervision but open to training and coaching
Experience, Education and LicensureÂ
    Bachelor’s degree in related business course
    5-8 Years’ experience in relevant sector/industry
    Due to nature of work schedule, driving license is highly prefered
