With a focus on customs compliance, freight coordination, and last-mile delivery optimization, we ensure seamless movement of goods across air, sea, and land — turning complexity into reliability for our clients across the Middle East.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end cargo movements including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery across UAE and GCC ports.
- Manage relationships with shipping lines, trucking partners, and customs brokers to ensure on-time execution and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) in compliance with UAE & international regulations.
- Track shipments in real-time, resolve delays or discrepancies, and proactively inform stakeholders of any supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment logs in company ERP/supply chain systems; generate KPI reports on lead times, cost-per-shipment, and on-time delivery rates.
- Support customs audits, ensure adherence to UAE Customs Authority guidelines, and liaise with government agencies for permits and tariff classifications.

- English Fluency (Written & Verbal)

- Arabic Language Proficiency
- Experience with Dubai Trade Portal
