Responsibilities:
Track shipments and inventory movements at all stages.
Receive shipments from suppliers and ensure they meet the required specifications and conditions.
Perform quality checks and ensure materials comply with international standards.
Coordinate logistics operations with the warehouse department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Prepare regular reports on the status of shipments and inventory movement.
Handle shipping documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of procedures.
Requirements:
Certificates in Logistics Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and shipping techniques.
High organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and international standards for aircraft parts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
