Life World Medical Supplies is looking for a Logistics Officer.
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily transportation, delivery schedules, and distribution activities
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments
- Prepare and maintain delivery records, logistics reports, and other related documentation
- Ensure efficient inventory movement and accurate stock transfers
- Monitor transportation performance and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes and logistics operations
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate logistics records and support inventory reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and order status
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- Proven experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
- Experience in the medical supplies or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
