As the Contract Logistics Manager, you will manage and optimise end-to-end logistics operations, from warehousing and inventory management to cutting-edge automation and digitisation strategies. Youll play a pivotal role in transforming the logistics landscape by integrating advanced WMS platforms like Manhattan WMS to improve warehouse productivity and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
Leading and optimising contract logistics operations, with a focus on cost-efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Driving the digitisation of logistics operations, implementing advanced technologies to optimise workflows and enhance customer experience.
Overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and the integration of Manhattan WMS and other industry-leading systems for superior efficiency and accuracy.
Strategising and executing warehouse optimisation initiatives that improve storage, retrieval, and stock rotation, ensuring operational excellence.
Managing strategic client relationships, providing tailored solutions that drive business growth and satisfaction.
Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation across logistics operations.
Managing P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability while focusing on improving operational performance.
Required Skills
Experience in contract logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management with a strong emphasis on digitisation.
Proven track record in warehouse optimisation, including hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS or similar WMS systems.
Expertise in distribution strategies, TMS/WMS integration, and supply chain automation to deliver seamless logistics operations.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
