Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager/Activities Coordinator, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The professional in this role will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics planning to ensure the smooth functioning of school activities and operations. Additionally, they will collaborate with school leadership to plan and execute extracurricular and co-curricular activities, ensuring that all events align with the institution's values and standards of excellence. The role also involves managing external vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Procurement and Inventory Management practices
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external vendors
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools in logistics and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in the educational sector or event management is a plus
- Fluency in English required, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
