Key Responsibilities
Freight negotiations, booking and pricing
Constant market updates
Work with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport vendors
Track shipments and update internal teams and customers
Ensure accurate export documentation and customs compliance
Monitor logistics costs and optimise shipping routes
Manage end-to-end vehicle logistics operations
Coordinate international car shipments from auctions and suppliers
Coordinate with inspection teams, warehouses, and transport drivers
Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, or operational challenges
Maintain shipment tracking records and logistics reports
Requirements
3–5+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or automotive logistics
Experience with vehicle shipping, export documentation, or auto logistics preferred
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments and timelines simultaneously
Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs procedures
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in Excel / logistics tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with car auctions (Copart, IAAI, Manheim etc.)
Experience working with international vehicle clients / vendors
Knowledge of Air, Sea (Container, RORO, FCL,LCL) and land freight.
