Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Executive to manage the transportation, delivery, inventory coordination, and logistics operations for our Building Materials Division. The ideal candidate should have UAE experience in building materials logistics and strong knowledge of local transportation regulations, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules for building materials.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and project sites.
- Track vehicle movements and optimize delivery routes.
- Prepare delivery notes, transport documents, and logistics reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for material availability.
- Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with transport providers for cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Maintain logistics KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in logistics within the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction and building material products.
- Experience in fleet coordination, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
