- Assist in coordinating the end-to-end import logistics process for materials and equipment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle customs clearance procedures for imported materials and equipment, and follow up on clearance status;
- Learn and stay updated on Saudi customs regulations and requirements; assist in preparing internal SOPs and support Chinese factories with container loading plans;
- Execute local outbound logistics for finished goods and track shipment progress;
- Liaise with and support the management of external customs brokers and logistics service providers to ensure service quality.
- Assist in resolving issues during import and local delivery processes, and support the implementation of preventive and improvement measures.
