Logistics Coordinator, Offshore Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the organization of MHE mobilization and demobilization, including operators.
- Monitor and coordinate on‑site deployment schedules to ensure equipment availability aligns with project requirements.
- Collaborate with drivers, site supervisors, and transport teams to ensure operational timeliness.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, operational hours, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure all deployed equipment meets ADNOC standards and certifications.
- Assist in monitoring training, CICPA, PTW, and safety certifications for operators and equipment.
- Keep comprehensive and up‑to‑date records of all documentation, including third‑party certifications and inspection logs.
- Act as a key liaison between end‑users, internal teams, and site management for effective communication.
- Document daily activity logs and equipment breakdown reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, ad‑hoc) on operational status and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to ADNOC HSE policies and company safety guidelines.
- Promptly report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate actively in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
Qualifications & Characteristics
Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
Work Experience – 2 to 3 years of experience in offshore operations.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with equipment such as cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and trailers.
- Basic understanding of equipment certification and site requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
