Main Responsibilities
1. Managing Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier coordination to final delivery.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize delivery timelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with international shipping and distribution partners.

Process Optimization
& Cost Management
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations in global trade.
3. Issue Resolution &
Continuous Improvement
Address and resolve any transportation or customs-related delays.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations to support business growth.
Required Skills & Expertise
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
