We are currently looking for a dedicated and dynamic Reservation Agent to join our team in Hotel and enhance our guests’ experience. Previous UAE experience in a reservation role at a 3 or 4-star hotel is preferred.Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, preferably IDS
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming reservation calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Accurately input and manage reservations in the hotel’s reservation system.
Provide detailed information about hotel services, room types, rates, and availability.
Manage and update reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
Collaborate closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist in handling special requests and provide personalized services to guests.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and keep track of occupancy status.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to reservations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a reservation role at a 3 or 4-star hotel is preferred.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, preferably IDS required
Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and a team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
