Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Manage shipping documentation and maintain precise order records
Handle billing and invoice preparation
Monitor and optimize production timelines and supply chain operations
Oversee inventory management, storage solutions, and transportation logistics
Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistical efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety standards in shipment handling
Track and analyze key metrics including costs, timelines, and productivity
Provide solutions for shipment and inventory challenges
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service
Strong analytical and research capabilities
Proven track record of exceptional organizational and coordination skills
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
