Key Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Assist in organizing wellness programs, special events, and guest engagement activities.
What You Bring:
Experience in hospitality or wellness industry (Ayurvedic or healthcare setting is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
Proficiency in booking systems and guest management tools is preferred.
