Logistics Coordinator Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Bhatia Company
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor for our main contracting company in Dubai.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong background in building construction (not other industries)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in Dubai
- Degree or Diploma in a related field
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites
- Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials
- Maintain material tracking in/out records and update site teams daily
- Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers
- Manage manpower movement and site access
- Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation
- Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders
- Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours and report daily to site management
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction logistics
- Mandatory experience in high‑rise building projects
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and site operations
- Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and safety standards
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
