A Logistics Supervisor ensures efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, manages logistics teams, optimizes supply chain operations, maintains inventory, and resolves issues to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers or between company facilities.

Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents (when applicable).

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and on-time delivery of shipments.

Investigate and resolve any logistics issues or delays, including shipment discrepancies, inventory shortages, or damaged goods.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

More than 5 years of experience in logistics and or transportation coordination.

Experience with logistics software or inventory management systems is a plus.
