The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting dispatch planning, overseeing bag scanning and reconciliation processes, and coordinating with riders and van drivers to ensure efficient and accurate logistics operations.
- Scan inbound and outbound bags to ensure accurate tracking and system updates
- Prepare orders for dispatch in line with operational schedules
- Coordinate rider arrivals and support efficient loading processes
- Verify order reconciliation prior to handover to delivery teams
- Track, update, and log delivery statuses to ensure real-time visibility
- Support the handling and resolution of failed deliveries, including reattempt coordination
What You'll Need
- Need1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Comfortable using scanning systems and performing data entry tasks
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to operations
