About The Job:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers, ensuring quality control, safety standards, and compliance with local codes and regulations. This role requires hands-on expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations on-site.Job Description :
1. Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
2. Assign daily work tasks to team members based on project priorities and ensure proper training and development.
3. Provide guidance and support to the plumbing team in troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations and repairs.
4. Oversee the installation of plumbing systems, including piping, drainage, water supply, and sewage systems.
5. Ensure the correct installation of fixtures, fittings, and other plumbing components according to specifications.
6.Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure functionality and prevent malfunctions.
7. Ensure that all plumbing installations meet local codes, regulations, and quality standards.
8. Conduct inspections of work completed by the plumbing team, making necessary corrections or adjustments.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with installed plumbing systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
10. Coordinate with other trades (electrical, mechanical, construction) to ensure plumbing systems integrate seamlessly with the overall building infrastructure.
11. Maintain detailed records of plumbing activities, materials used, time sheets, and project progress.
12. Enforce safety regulations and standards for plumbing work, ensuring all team members use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
13. Ensure that plumbing projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
14. Ensure that all plumbing materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working condition.
Required Skillls:
1. In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, maintenance, and repairs.
2. Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualification :
1.High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience
