Job Summary:
Al Hallab Restaurant is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience by coordinating seating arrangements efficiently. Your warm personality and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring efficient table allocation.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
Provide menus and inform guests of any special offers or promotions.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner.
Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours.
Ensure a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Follow all restaurant policies, health, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
