Requirements

None - Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years stock/inventory management experience
Responsibilities
Required to work in hangar and warehouse environment. Availability to work in shift pattern as and when required.
Receive, bin and issue IFEC spare parts Checkfor damages, shortages and incorrect materials and reports to Supervisor.
Ensure correct labeling for those parts which requires binning/issuing.
Carry out duties in conjunction with Safety, Health and Environment and Safety Regulation.
Releasing IFEC spare parts through Maintenance IT system
Assist in performing the inspection of incoming materials/parts.
Handlereceipts and issues of all AOG/critical requirements on top priority.
Fill the material pick slip and arrange distribution. (Issue counter)
Notify supervisor for any stock discrepancies.
Arrangements of repairs to Repair shop.
Critical / AOG parts monitoring and ordering.
Coordinate with dispatch section regarding shipments.
