Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Local Content Consultant, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will work closely with clients to support local content initiatives, including interpreting local content regulations, assisting in the preparation of tender documents, developing and executing local content strategies, and conducting supplier development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Local Content Strategies
  • Assist in designing Local Content Operating Models
  • Develop and maintain Local Content Dashboards & KPIs
  • Support the preparation of LCGPA Reports and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to Local Content Policies & Procedures
  • Assist in RFP local content requirements preparation and submission
  • Support data analysis and reporting related to local content performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients on local content initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management and demonstrated ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Skills in Local Content Management and Content Strategy, including the development and implementation of tailored approaches
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with local content frameworks, such as those provided by LCGPA and PIF, is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in consulting, localization, or government projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a valuable asset
