Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Progressor to manage mortgage applications from submission through to approval and disbursement. The ideal candidate will liaise with banks, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor mortgage and loan applications from start to finish.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and clients to obtain updates and documentation.
- Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve any issues or delays.
- Keep clients informed throughout the loan approval process.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and mortgage teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Loan Progressor, Mortgage Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and banking process is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
