The Loader / Packer is a hands-on member of the moving crew, responsible for safely packing, handling, loading, and unloading customers' belongings under the direction of the Team Leader — with care, speed, and a positive attitude.
• Pack customers' items securely using the correct materials and methods.
• Load and unload items into and out of the vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Handle all goods — especially fragile and valuable items — with care to prevent damage.
• Follow the Team Leader's instructions and work as part of the crew.
• Help assemble and dismantle furniture where required.
• Keep the work area and vehicle tidy and organised during the job.
• Use proper lifting techniques and follow all safety guidelines.
• Treat customers' homes, property, and belongings with respect.
