Position: LNG Operations Training Specialist (OJT & Simulator)
Airswift is seeking an experienced Instructor / On-the-Job (OJT) Instructor in Doha, Qatar to deliver high-quality technical training and competency development programs for operations and maintenance personnel. Candidates should have at least a Higher National Diploma in Engineering and 4 years of Oil & Gas operations experience. This role includes developing training, conducting competency assessments, and ensuring personnel readiness for operational changes.
Strong proficiency in English and MS Office tools is required.
