Job Description:
§ Conduct legal consultations, assess civil, commercial, labor, and RDC disputes, and provide practical legal advice and case assessments.
§ Develop and explain litigation strategies, legal procedures, timelines, risks, and potential outcomes to clients with clarity and professionalism.
§ Build and maintain strong client relationships, converting consultations into retained engagements through effective communication and legal expertise.
§ Coordinate with the litigation team to ensure seamless case handover and deliver exceptional client service throughout the engagement process.
