Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Listing Manager with 3–4 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of property listing portals, CRM systems, and listing management processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure all property listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for maximum exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all property listings across major UAE property portals.
- Upload, update, edit, and remove property listings as required.
- Ensure all listings contain accurate descriptions, pricing, images, videos, and required documentation.
- Monitor listing performance and maintain high-quality, up-to-date property inventories.
- Coordinate with brokers, photographers, marketing teams, and developers to obtain listing information.
- Ensure compliance with portal guidelines and RERA advertising regulations.
- Maintain and update CRM databases and property records.
- Handle listing verification, property status updates, and lead distribution where applicable.
- Resolve portal-related issues and coordinate with portal account managers.
- Prepare reports on listing performance and inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Listing Manager or Listing Administrator in a UAE real estate company.
- Strong knowledge of major UAE property portals, including Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other real estate listing platforms.
- Experience using real estate CRM systems.
- Excellent understanding of listing optimization and property marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with RERA advertising regulations is an advantage.
