We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coaches to join our team! If you have a background in any sport and a desire to inspire children through physical activity, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive sports sessions to children of varying ages and abilities, including early years and children of determination.
Adapt sessions to meet individual needs, ensuring a fun and supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with schools, nurseries, and community programmes to promote physical activity and skill development.
Think on your feet and demonstrate a positive and adaptable approach to coaching.
Assist in organizing and running sports events, programmes, and activities.
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude, fostering strong relationships with participants, parents, and school staff.
Utilize social media (where applicable) to help promote programmes and engage with the community.
Requirements:
Background in any sport (coaching qualifications are a plus but not essential).
Comfortable working with young children, including early years and children of determination.
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Some experience with social media is advantageous.
A driving license is an advantage.
