Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Listing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing property listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing exceptional support to our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Listings: Create, update, and maintain property listings across various platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Communication: Act as a liaison between agents, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear communication and addressing any inquiries.
Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
Data Management: Maintain databases and tracking systems for listings, inquiries, and client interactions.
Scheduling: Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on listing performance and market trends to support decision-making.
Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the listing process, addressing concerns and providing updates.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience in real estate, property management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
